Do you ship to my country?
We only ship in USA and Canada.
How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping includes 48 states of USA, with a limit of 5 to 7 days after verification and approved of payment.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada may take 2 o 3 additional days to standard shipping.
Can I change the address of my order?
No, once the purchase is approved, no change of information can be made.

Exchanges & Returns
What is your return and exchange policy for Manufacturer Defects items?
All our products go through a strict quality control, however, we accept the following policy.
All customers must first provide photos and an explanation of the defect to support@transformerhat.com. Once the defect is confirmed, We will offer the following options:
– Exchange of the defective item for an equivalent replacement.
– If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund less shipping costs.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise must show no signs of use. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Wool & Oak hangtags, attached.
What is your return and exchange policy for Non-Defective Items?
Items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged without manufactured defects.
